Our traditional and natural brewing method takes several months, resulting in a rich, aromatic flavour and high levels of umami which intensifies the taste of the foods it’s added to. It’s also perfect for adding flavour without using fat and is approved vegan and vegetarian by V-Label (European Vegetarian Union). GMO free. To preserve the flavour, keep the bottle in the fridge once opened.
