FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING Natoora Pink Bull's Heart Tomatoes - We’ve been working with Raffaele for over five years, who grows these Pink Bull's Heart from a family seed that is two generations old. - These Bull’s Hearts are exposed to long hours of sunlight, with daytime temperatures reaching up to 35 degrees. - Through the careful selection and saving of seeds, these tomatoes get better every season, honed for the qualities he values most. - Seeds are found only in the top of the body: the lower third is pure flesh. - Sourced only during their natural season of May to September. Take it further - Sliced into steaks, served on toasted sourdough with fennel fronds. - Cut into chunks, alongside quinoa, dukkah & turmeric houmous. Our packaging is plastic-free - We have developed our own revolutionary packaging which is entirely plastic-free and home disposable. Each of our recyclable cardboard punnets is flow-wrapped with home-compostable film which, unlike traditional plastic flow-wrap, disintegrates within 180 days. Dispose of the blue punnet in your normal recycling and the clear film in your food waste bin. - Each punnet bears the ‘Plastic Free’ mark of A Plastic Planet, a grassroots movement which aims to turn off the plastic tap.
