Our Food DiscoveriesChargrilled ArtichokesWe discovered these delicious artichokes on one of our trips to Spain. Artichokes are distant cousins of the thistle, and the tasty bit is actually the flower bud before it comes into bloom. We just give 'em a quick chargrill to bring out the flavour then send them on their way for you to enjoy!
