Our new cooking pastes have concentrated the great flavours of our award-winning cook sauces into versatile pastes. This Mexican paste is based on the dish 'Puerco al horno con salsa de chile y miel' and to create it we use chipotle and ancho poblano chillies to give a sweet and smoky flavour.
