Fajita: Latin American hot and spicy blend. Fajitas can be traced back to the cattle ranches of the North Mexican/Texas border. Here ranchers would use tougher cuts of meat and roast them over an open flame. Our fajita spice blend adds smoke and spice to fajitas, enchiladas or tacos.
